Healthy communities are built through thousands of small actions. ONE MORE is a simple pledge to take one additional step that supports health, access, connection or well-being.
ONE MORE is intentionally simple. It is not a new program to join or a one-size-fits-all definition of impact. It is an invitation to identify one more action within your reach — something practical, specific and useful — and do it.
That action might help you take better care of yourself. It might help one person get to an appointment, complete a requirement, find a resource or feel less alone. It might help an organization bring one more service into the community.
ONE MORE begins with something many people need but rarely make enough room for: mental health and well-being.
One more can be a check-in, a pause, a guided reset, a counseling referral, a resource shared at the right time, or simply making space for people to decompress.
For organizations, that can mean adding one more intentional moment of care to a conference, group outing, workplace, classroom, program or community event.
Schedule the appointment. Take the break. Ask for help. Make the call. Do one more thing that supports your own health, stability or peace of mind.
Offer the ride. Share the resource. Make the introduction. Check in. Help remove one barrier.
Give one hour. Share one resource. Open one door. Support one local need. Connect people or organizations that should know each other.
Sponsor one person. Host one access event. Offer one service. Add one wellness resource. Create one connection.
One more screening.
One more appointment.
One more ride.
One more resource.
One more connection.
One more hour.
One more check-in.
One more person supported.
The pledge is intentionally flexible because healthy communities are built in different ways by different people.
Choose. Identify one action that is realistic and meaningful.
Pledge. Name your One More — for yourself, someone else, your organization or your community.
Do. Take the action. Small is fine. Specific is better.
Share. Tell the story if it can help inspire another person or organization to do One More.
Choose one more action that supports your own well-being or helps someone else move forward.
Sponsor one person. Host one access event. Offer one service. Add one wellness resource. Create one connection. Make one practical contribution that helps your community.
Participating individuals and organizations can display a ONE MORE pledge badge on websites, social media, email signatures and event materials.
ONE MORE does not have to become another program on your calendar. Build it into a moment that already brings people together — a conference, group outing, employee event, team meeting, wellness week, classroom, retreat, community event or other gathering.
Choose one simple action participants can take for themselves, another person or the community, then make it part of the experience.
• Add a ONE MORE prompt to a conference or meeting
• Create a simple group challenge
• Sponsor one more person or community need
• Add one more resource or moment of care
• Invite attendees to make and share their own pledge
The goal is not to create more programming. It is to use an existing moment to encourage one more meaningful action — and make community care easier to participate in.
Use these marks on your website, social channels, email signature or event materials. When possible, link the badge back to pinnwell.co/one-more-pledge.
Use the primary ONE MORE mark when sharing or promoting the pledge.

A shared day of movement, wellness and community action.
ONE MORE Day is envisioned as a 2027 activation centered around accessible wellness activities — walking, yoga, movement sessions, outdoor activity, guided resets and other simple ways for people to participate together.
The broader ONE MORE Pledge remains about one simple action for yourself, someone else or your community. ONE MORE Day will be a special annual expression of that idea through movement and wellness.
One more screening. One more appointment. One more ride. One more resource. One more connection. One more hour. One more check-in. One more person supported.
